Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Start and Grow LLC (“Flexi Local”, “we”, “us”) for the use of flexilocal.com, our marketing services and the software at app.flexilocal.com. By signing up or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide review management and lead software, and, on done-for-you plans, local SEO, website, advertising and related services as described on our pricing page at the time you sign up.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up.

Plans, billing and renewal

• Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are per location unless stated otherwise.
• Text, call, AI and other usage may be billed separately. Each location includes 500 texts a month, and the AI receptionist add-on includes 100 minutes. Extra usage is billed monthly at cost plus a small margin. US texting needs a one-off carrier registration (A2P 10DLC); its fee is passed on at cost.
• Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is not part of our fees.
• Founding-client pricing applies for as long as the plan stays active without a break. If the plan is cancelled or paused, the founding price ends and can't be restored.
• Taxes: prices exclude sales tax, VAT and GST, which we add where the law requires.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Done-for-you plans need 30 days' notice. See our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

• Get any consent required to message your customers and follow messaging laws in your country.
• Follow the rules of Google, Meta and other platforms, including their review policies. Do not use our tools to buy, fake, filter or incentivise reviews.
• Make sure content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

No guaranteed results

Rankings, reviews, AI recommendations and advertising results depend on platforms and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of reviews, leads or revenue.

Ownership

You own your business information, customer data, Google profile, ad accounts and content. We own our software and materials. You own the domain and the content of websites we build for you. We host them while your plan is active. If you cancel, we hand over a full export once the website fee is paid in full, including any balance due on monthly Local Growth within the first 6 months.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our services are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those in these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the UK or Australia, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell active customers about material changes by email before they take effect.
