Which review sites do you support?
Google and Facebook plus 80+ others, including TripAdvisor, Yelp, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Airbnb, OpenTable, Houzz, Angi and Checkatrade. Review requests can point to the site that matters most in your trade, except Yelp, which doesn't allow asking. Replies post straight to Google and Facebook; on other sites the AI drafts the reply for you to paste in.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. We ask every customer the same way and never filter, pay for or reward reviews. Google and TripAdvisor ban that, and it can get reviews removed. Yelp doesn't allow asking for reviews at all, so we never send Yelp requests; we monitor Yelp and help you reply.
